So maybe I'm hard headed but I still don't understand about the pre-order.

If I ordered from Amazon.com from the link on the main guildwarsguru webpage, will I get the pre order that comes out between March 7-10th ? Or do I still need to go buy the pre order box locally ?

Chain Gailing is also an issue. You can keep a monk down for extended periods of time using only 2 warriors. Even elite hammer skills can't do this. Not to mention it is a range.

Gaile for such little energy can cause 3 sec knockdown, interupt, a range skill and requires minimal attributes. It is one of the strongest and versatile skill in the game.

I had the same question. I asked ANet support and their response was it's between me and Amazon (which irked me just a little). I've got an e-mail into Amazon, but I haven't gotten a response yet.

So I guess it's 'pass the buck' ? Anet should get this fixed with Amazon. Is it the same with EB, or Gamestop ? I don't think it's fair that we are being directed to the 'third party' about this (it's between me and Amazon). Anet said beginning Feb 28th and provided the link, I pre-ordered from the links I followed from the Guild Wars Official site (which was the same link to Amazon.com as guildwarsguru.com), and now it's between 'Amazon and us' ????!!!! BS in my opinion. I AM NOT spending additional money on the pre-order if I don't get it from Amazon (as purchased) as I thought from the links. If that is not the way it is, Anet and NCSoft can go pound and I won't play any longer(yadda,yadda, there will be morons saying "fine more bandwidth for me", well if that is your mentality then "HAVE IT")

Well the reason it’s between you and Amazon is because that’s the place you are buying it from not Anet nor Ncsoft. My guess is that Amazon isn’t dealing with the pre-order box deal. Seems that all links don’t say anything about the pre-order box deal only that you can order it, I went to the local retailer and asked for the pre-order box package.

well the thing is. We know more about the game than the retailers do right now.

Thats why retailers have no clue. And since Anet hasnt given us a FINALIZED official release date, retailers are even more confused.

When i pre-ordered, they didnt know if htey had a CE or a regular one or whatever, or even if they would get a pre-order package (which insisted on them that they would get it, and call me when it came in).
